How To Apply	BPSC की विभिन्न परीक्षाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के लिए बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग के वेबसाईट https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in पर One Time Registration (OTR) करना अनिवार्य है। OTR करने के लिए अभ्यर्थी New user Registration Button पर Click करेंगे। भविष्य में आयोग द्वारा प्रकाशित होने वाले सभी विज्ञापनों हेतु उक्त OTR ही मान्य होगा OTR किसी भी परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन नहीं है। यह केवल आवेदकों से जानकारी एकत्र करना और प्रत्येक आवेदक को अपनी प्रोफाइल बनाए रखने की सुविधा के लिए एक अलग डैशबोर्ड देना है। OTR करने के लिए वैध सक्रिय ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर अनिवार्य है। अपने ईमेल के Inbox या Spam में अपना ईमेल OTP देखे जो उम्मीदवार BPSC द्वारा विज्ञापित किसी भी परीक्षा के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, उन्हें OTR में दिए गए पासवर्ड का ही उपयोग होगा। एक से अधिक OTR पंजीकरण की अनुमति नहीं है। इससे आपका आवेदन अस्वीकृत /रद्द हो सकता है। जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने पूर्व में ऑनलाइन पोर्टल से आवेदन करते समय One Time Registration (OTR) कराया है, वे भी नए पोर्टल पर नये सिरे से OTR प्रक्रिया पूरी करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। ऑनलाइन आवेदन के डैशबोर्ड तक पहुंचने के लिए अभ्यर्थी अपने मोबाईल नं./ ईमेल.आई.डी. एवं अभ्यर्थी द्वारा बनाये गये पासवर्ड से URL: https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login पर Login करेंगे। आवेदक को आवेदन करने के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज अनिवार्य रूप से अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता होगी, जिसे Digilocker Account के माध्यम से अपलोड किया जा सकता है।
