Hindi	58	(i) A Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in the concerned/relevant/allied Subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. (ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil/Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET: Provided, the candidates registered for the Ph.D. programme prior to July 11, 2009, shall be governed by the provisions of the then existing Ordinances/Bye-laws/Regulations of the Institution awarding the degree and such Ph.D. candidates shall be exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/Colleges/Institutions subject to the fulfillment of the following Conditions:- (a) The Ph.D. degree of the candidate has been awarded in a regular mode; (b) The Ph.D. thesis has been evaluated by at least two external examiners; (c) An open Ph.D. viva voce of the candidate has been conducted; (d) The candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D. work, out of which at least one is in a refereed journal; (e) The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.

Selection Process	अभ्यर्थियों का चयन प्रतियोगी परीक्षा व साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से किया जायेगा। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर आयोग द्वारा उत्तरपत्रक /उत्तरपुस्तिका के मूल्यांकन में स्केलिंग /मोडरेशन/नॉर्मलाईजेशन (सामान्यीकरण) पद्धति को अपनाया जा सकेगा। संबंधित सेवा नियम के नियम 20 के अनुसार आयोग ्वारा उपयुक्त पाये गए अभ्यर्थियों के नाम राज्य सरकार / नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी को अनुशंसित किए जायेगें जो लिखित परीक्षा व साक्षात्कार में प्राप्त कुल अंको के योग के अनुसार की मेरिट (Merit) के क्रम में व्यवस्थित होंगे।

How To Apply	उक्त पद हेतु ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र भरने से पूर्व सर्वप्रथम अभ्यर्थी आयोग की वेबसाइट https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in पर उपलब्ध ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र भरने के सम्बन्ध में दिये गये दिशा-निर्देशों (Instructions for Applicants), विस्तृत विज्ञापन एवं संबंधित सेवा नियम का अध्ययन आवश्यक रूप से कर लेवें । तदुपरान्त ही अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन करें। आयोग की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध अभ्यर्थियों के लिए दिशा-निर्देश (Instructions for Applicants) विज्ञापन का भाग /हिस्सा माना जायेगा तथापि किसी विशिष्ट भर्ती / परीक्षा हेतु संबंधित भर्ती सेवा नियम एवं विज्ञापन में उल्लेखित प्रावधान ही लागू होंगे। ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को आयोग की वेबसाइट https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in पर उपलब्ध Apply online link को Click कर अथवा एस.एस.ओ. (SSO) पोर्टल https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in से Login कर Citizen Apps (G2C) में उपलब्ध Recruitment के Portal नाम, का जन्म चयन तिथि, कर लिंग, One सैकेण्डरी Time Registration/ समकक्ष (OTR) करना होगा। प्रथम बार One Time Registration (OTR) करने हेतु अभ्यर्थी के नाम, पिता के नाम, पिता परीक्षा एवं आधार कार्ड के विवरण का इन्द्राज एवं डॉक्यूमेंट्स अपलोड करने अनिवार्य होंगे। जिन अभ्यर्थियों (G2C) द्वारा पूर्व में OTR किया जा चुका है, वे अभ्यर्थी एस.एस.ओ. पोर्टल https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in से Login कर Citizen में उपलब्ध Recruitment Portal का चयन कर अपने OTR नंबर/ संख्या के आधार पर ऑनलाईन आवेदन करें। अभ्यर्थी द्वारा One Time Registration करने के पश्चात् OTR Profile में स्वयं के नाम, पिता के नाम, जन्म तिथि, लिंग, सैकेण्डरी / समकक्ष परीक्षा का विवरण एवं आधार कार्ड के विवरण में किसी भी प्रकार का संशोधन किया जाना संभव नहीं होगा। अतः OTR करने से पूर्व आधार /SSO प्रोफाइल में अंकित विवरण का शैक्षणिक दस्तावेजों में अंकित प्रविष्टियों से सावधानीपूर्वक मिलान सुनिश्चित कर लेंवे। यदि इसमें कोई अन्तर है तो कार्यवाही आधार कार्ड करें। / SSO ID की प्रविष्टियों में आवश्यक संशोधन (Correction) कराने के पश्चात् ही OTR व ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र भरने की अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र भरते समय अपनी लाइव फोटो अपलोड करेगा। अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र Submit करने से पूर्व अपनी Live फोटो का Preview देखकर फोटो की स्पष्टता को सुनिश्चित करते हुए ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र को Submit करें। अभ्यर्थी के द्वारा ऑनलाईन आवेदन करते समय हस्ताक्षर एवं बाँयें हाथ की अंगूठा निशानी की स्कैन फोटो अपलोड करना अनिवार्य होगा। परीक्षा आयोजन के दौरान परीक्षा कक्ष में अभिजागर की उपस्थिति में अभ्यर्थी के द्वारा उपस्थिति पत्र पर पृथक से अंगूठा निशानी भी लगाई जायेगी। अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन अवधि के दौरान की दिनांकित नवीन फोटो परीक्षा केन्द्र में उपस्थिति पत्रक पर चस्पा करने हेतु साथ लेकर आयें आवेदक को ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने के पश्चात् आवेदन-पत्र क्रमांक आवश्यक रूप से प्राप्त होगा और यदि आवेदन-पत्र क्रमांक (Application No.) अंकित या प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है, तो इसका अर्थ यह है कि उसका आवेदन पत्र जमा नहीं हुआ है। आवेदन पत्र के Preview को आवेदन Submit नहीं माना जायेगा। आवेदक को ऑनलाईन आवेदन करते समय अगर किसी प्रकार की कोई समस्या हो तो Recruitment Portal पर दिये गये Helpdesk Number या E-Mail पर सम्पर्क करें। ऑनलाईन आवेदन Submit किये जाने के पश्चात् यदि आवेदक को किसी प्रकार की त्रुटि का पता लगता है तो अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन में OTR Profile में दर्शाए गये स्वयं के नाम,पिता के नाम, जन्म तिथि व लिंग के अतिरिक्त अन्य त्रुटि संशोधन निम्नानुसार कर सकता है तथापि विज्ञापन में अंकित तिथि / अवधि तक शैक्षणिक योग्यता अर्जित करना आवश्यक है:-
